[Jesus] went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.
So then, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do likewise will be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever practices and teaches [them] will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness.
Truly I tell you, among [those] born of women there has risen no one greater than John the Baptist. Yet even the least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.
Knowing their thoughts, [Jesus] said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself will be laid waste, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand.
When anyone hears the message of the kingdom but {does} not understand [it], the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is the [seed] sown along the path.
He told them still another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like leaven that a woman took [and] mixed into three measures of flour, until all of it was leavened.
The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. [When a] man found [it], he hid [it again], and in [his] joy he went and sold all he had and bought that field.
Then He told them, “For this reason every scribe who has been discipled in the kingdom of heaven is like a homeowner who brings out of his storeroom new [treasures] as well as old.
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
For there are eunuchs who were born that way; [others] were made [that way] by men; and [still others] live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The [one] who can accept [this] should accept [it].
“What do you want? He inquired She answered “Declare that in Your kingdom one of these two sons of mine may sit at Your right hand, and [the other] at Your left.
Which of the two did the will of [his] father? “The first, they answered. Jesus said to them, “Truly I tell you, the tax collectors and prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God before you.
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You shut the kingdom of heaven in men’s faces You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let in those who wish to enter.
Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from [the] foundation of [the] world.
Then [Jesus] said to them, “Truly I tell you, there are some standing here who will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God arrive with power.
And if your eye causes you to sin pluck it out It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than to have two eyes [and] be thrown into hell,
But [when] Jesus saw this, He was indignant and told them, “Let the little children come to Me, [and] {do} not hinder them! For the kingdom of God belongs to such [as these].
Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, [as well as] famines. These [are] [the] beginning of birth pains.
Soon afterward, [Jesus] traveled from one town and village {to another}, preaching and proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God. The Twelve [were] with Him,
He replied, “The knowledge of the mysteries of the kingdom of God has been given to you, but to others [I speak] in parables, so that, ‘[though] seeing, they may not see; [though] hearing, they may not understand.’
There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but you yourselves are thrown out.
The Law and the Prophets [were proclaimed] until John. Since that time, the {gospel} of the kingdom of God is being preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it.
But Jesus called [the children] to [Him] [and] said, “Let the little children come to Me, and {do} not hinder them! For the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.
While [the people] were listening to [this], [Jesus] proceeded to tell [them] a parable, because He was near Jerusalem and they thought the kingdom of God would appear imminently.
Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world; if [it] were My servants would fight to prevent My arrest by the Jews. But now My kingdom is not of this realm.
After His suffering, He presented Himself to [them] with many convincing proofs [that] He was alive. He appeared to them over [a span ] of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God.
strengthening the souls of the disciples [and] encouraging [them] to continue in the faith. “We must endure many hardships to enter the kingdom of God, [they said].
So they set a day to [meet with Paul], [and] many [people] came to [the place] he was staying. He expounded to [them] from morning to evening, testifying about the kingdom of God and persuading them about Jesus from the Law of Moses and the Prophets.
Do you not know that [the] wicked will not inherit [the] kingdom of God? {Do} not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who submit to or perform homosexual acts,
Jesus, who is called Justus, also [sends greetings]. These are [the] only Jews among [my] fellow workers for the kingdom of God, [and] they have been a comfort to me.
Listen, my beloved brothers: {Has} not God chosen the poor of this world [to be] rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom He promised those who love Him?
I, John, your brother and partner in the tribulation and kingdom and perseverance [that are] in Jesus, was on the island of Patmos because of the word of God and [my] testimony about Jesus.
Then the seventh angel sounded [his] trumpet, and loud voices called out in heaven: “The kingdom of the world has become [the kingdom] of our Lord and of His Christ, and He will reign forever [and] ever.
And I heard a loud voice in heaven saying: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ. For the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down — he who accuses them day and night before our God.
And the fifth [angel] poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and its kingdom was plunged into darkness, and [men] began to gnaw their tongues in anguish
