As [Jesus] was saying these things, a woman in the crowd raised [her] voice [and] said “Blessed [is] the womb that bore You, and [blessed are] [the] breasts that nursed You!
Blessed [are] those servants whom the master finds on watch when he returns. Truly I tell you, he will dress himself to serve and will have them recline at the table, and he [himself] will come [and] wait on them.
In everything, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words of the Lord Jesus Himself ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.
Blessed [is the] man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that [God] has promised to those who love Him.
But the [one who] looks intently into [the] perfect law of freedom, and continues to do so — not being a forgetful hearer, but an effective doer — [he] will be blessed in what he does.
Blessed [is] the [one who] reads aloud the words of [this] prophecy, and [ blessed are ] those who hear and obey what is written in it, because the time [is] near.
And I heard a voice from heaven telling [me] to write, “Blessed [are] the dead — those who die in [the] Lord from this moment on. “Yes, says the Spirit, they will rest from their labors, for their deeds will follow them.
Then [the angel] told me to write, “Blessed [are] those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he said to me, “These are the true words of God.
Blessed and holy [are] those who share in the first resurrection! [The] second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with Him for a thousand years.
